The history of KDM:

In 1970, owners Kissel, David and Monahan began doing business as “KDM Signs” in a 225 square foot facility in Camp Washington, Ohio. They started out providing vacuum forming services then moved into vinyl decals and screen printing services.  Mr. Kissel bought out his partners and continued evolving the business, which became renamed “KDM Screen Printing”. The company manufactured screen printed banners, posters and signs.

KDM is now a second generation, family owned business headquartered in a 175,000 square foot facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. The location in Evendale is home to administrative offices and the main print production facility. Approximately 15 years ago KDM expanded beyond screen and began offering offset printing. Large format digital printing services soon followed. Currently, KDM has 30 presses covering six printing methods and continues to invest in state-of-the-art print technology. KDM operates a total of six facilities located in Cincinnati, Nashville, Atlanta and Cleveland, for a total of 420,000 square feet of manufacturing and fulfillment space.

KDM’s success over the past 45 years is the result of innovation, expansions, investments and acquisitions; all aimed at offering their customers in the retail vertical a complete suite of innovative solutions necessary to be successful at the point-of-purchase.
