As a Beta site for the press upgrade and the new ink system, KDM is happy to report less odor and&amp;nbsp;better ink adhesion&amp;nbsp;on the previously more challenging substrates such as polycarbonates.&amp;nbsp;In addition to higher productivity, the new ink system is GREENGUARD Children &amp;amp; School Certified. However, the short comings have been overlooked: this display board cannot be recycled. Enviro-Green Board is a solution. It is designed to look and print like a traditional foamboard, but it is made of recycled paper and is completely recyclable.&amp;nbsp;At KDM,&amp;nbsp;we like that it&apos;s warp resistant, rigid enough for free standing signage, lightweight and economical.&lt;/p&gt;

<title>Four-color Process vs. Four-color: What&apos;s the difference?</title>

<description>&lt;p&gt;Four-color process printing involves printing using only Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black (CMYK). Four-color printing involves any combination of 4 Pantone (PMS) colors.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In the vast majority of printing, using the four process printing colors (CMYK), just about any color can be achieved, even high-quality photographic printing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sometimes, a company may have one or two specific brand or logo colors that they want to ensure is true each and every time. To achieve that effect, they&apos;ll sometimes request a five- or six-color printing project.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In these cases, the fifth and/or sixth color is used for those important logo items in the design and the four-color process is used for the remaining graphics.&lt;/p&gt;

Having been a screen-printer for 38 years- we are way ahead of the Green Scene, making great strides in being both environmentally and employee safety conscious. Add to that, economically efficient. The UV inks we currently use at KDM for offset and large format digital UV printing, in addition to screen-printing, provide these beneficial characteristics:&lt;/p&gt;
