By being able to divide and conquer their complex campaigns they are able to overlap their efforts. Currently there are 10 campaign programs executed per year. They were using multiple vendors for the production and fulfillment of their point-of-purchase (POP) printing and branded promotional materials.

They had used some similar concept plastic displays in showrooms in the past, but they were not holding up to the wear and tear of the retail showroom traffic.

Better packaging solutions for Dr. Pepper Snapple Group. Kitting & packaging for 59,000 POP kits requires best practices for accuracy and reducing shipping costs. New Line Noosh’s procurement of Dr. Pepper Snapple Groups’s (DPSG) point-of-purchase materials required a printing and fulfillment vendor that can manage the complexity of the beverage manufacturer’s varied brands. DPSG had decided to do fewer, but larger, campaigns three times a year vs. multiple, smaller campaigns per year. KDM was given one of their biggest versioning challenges to date.
